Hello from Cleveland, looking at a new Saleen project

I am a fan of the foxbody, had a silver 79 in high school and a black 85 GT right after college.
My son is now a Ford Tech and we are looking for a project to work on together. found an 86 Saleen that "looks" solid, but the majority of it is in boxes. mechanically we are good to go. I worry about rot. what areas should I be concerned with in this regard?
