1989 Steeda -- info please

I'm looking at buying a 1989 GT made by Steeda and sold through a dealership. The man selling it said he thinks they made 185 of them. 480 hp. Special badging with an oval with an "S" rather than "Ford" Any info on value is appreciated. It's in very good condition. Convertible with a roll bar.
